Store Policies

We appreciate your business and we guarantee that your shopping experience at Tool Expo.com will be easy and the product(s) and services you receive from us will be exceptional.   Please review our shipping/return policy below.

Occasionally there may be a delay in updating a quantity or a listing in our store due to information being entered in another program and migrating to the store.  When this occurs, we will notify customers as soon as possible and will refund money in full for an error due to this delay.  We hope this will not cause any inconvenience to our customers. 

Tool Expo's SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY:

SHIPPING:  Orders are usually processed and shipped if received before 1:30 pm (CST) Monday-Friday.  We will process and ship your order the next business day, if received after 1:30 pm (CST). (Note: If order is received after 1:30 pm (CST) on a Friday your order will be processed and shipped the following Monday.) Tool Expo DOES NOT ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Carriers do not deliver on these days as well. 

Buyers outside the United States may choose a shipping method and can email if the method is not an option in the listing.  Please note that previous clients have experienced hold-ups in customs and delays when choosing the less expensive shipping such as priority mail international (including flat rates). We recommend using USPS Express Mail International to minimize delays. 

Shipping surcharges may apply for non-contiguous United States areas.  Insurance is optional on your item.   Email with any questions on insurance or for a specific shipping quote.

RETURNS: If you have not used the product you ordered within 10 days of purchase, you may contact us at (251) 533-6250 and we will provide instruction on how to return your product. Special orders, non-stock items, and other special items may incur a restocking fee.
